Once you book your tour, you will receive two separate emails. One will have your tour confirmation, and the second will have your receipt.

We’ll send you your Tour Guide’s name and mobile number at least 2 hours before your scheduled pick-up time (if they haven’t already communicated with you) by SMS text message and/or email.
Please contact your Tour Guide’s mobile number directly. If you reply to the message where we provide their contact information, it will not go to your Tour Guide.
If you cannot contact and/or locate your Tour Guide, please call our office at (808) 294-3993.
You can reserve up to 1 year in advance. We highly recommend you reserve your Tours with as much advance notice as possible to ensure availability.

No other cast members are part of the Lunch at McGarrett’s Tour. Furthermore, Hawaii Travel Group Inc., Secret Hawaii Tours, or any of our other affiliated brands are NOT ASSOCIATED in any way with the CBS Studios or CBS Television™, nor are we affiliated with Alex O’Loughlin, Scott Caan, Ian Anthony Dale, Chi McBride, Meaghan Rath Jorge Garcia, Beulah Koale, Dennis Chun, Taylor Wiley or any of its producers, writers, directors or any of its managing, distribution, and/or publicity companies.
Guests will receive a refund minus a 10% credit card service fee (if applicable) if canceled up to 72 hours before the Tour/Activity start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period. Guests will receive a 100% full refund in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your Tour/Activity due to weather or any other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone at (808) 294-3993 to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will not be refunded.
Occasionally, contracted Cancellation terms are set for certain Corporate Events.
